The beating heart of the town. Mimi's is where all of Minitopia gathers, around a hot chocolate and her famous crêpes, whose recipe is a secret so well kept that even Oscar never managed to crack it. Sparkling, chatty just the right amount, she knows everyone's favourite order by heart. News to share? She already knows.

The vet clinic

Alma, the vet

Gentleness itself. Alma understands animals better than anyone, some even say she speaks their language. Her little dog Yumi never leaves her side. She is the one you come to with a scrape, a heartache or a turtle with a cold: she listens, she heals, and everything always feels better afterwards.

The garage

Bolt, the mechanic

Fast as lightning, true to his name. Bolt fixes everything: cars, bikes, broken toys. Rumour has it he can get anything running again with three bolts and one good idea. Always a wrench in hand, a bit of grease on his cheeks and a brilliant plan in mind.

The theatre

Stella, the actress

The great, the one and only Stella! (She insists on being introduced that way.) She has played every part: pirate, princess, dragon and even a sock, her greatest success if you ask her. On her stage there is no audience: everyone climbs up on the boards. Her mission: making sure every child gets their moment in the spotlight.

The flower shop

Flora, the florist

The sunshine of the high street. They say flowers grow faster when Flora sings to them, and judging by her shop, it must be true. She knows the language of flowers and always offers the right one to the right person. Impossible to walk past her shop without leaving in a better mood.

The school

Oscar, the teacher

Oscar doesn't collect answers: he collects questions. The finest ones end up in his big notebook: “Why is the sea salty?”, “Where do clouds sleep?”. In his school there are no grades and no wrong answers, only whys and what-ifs. And nothing makes him happier than a question nobody has ever asked him before.

The supermarket

Maxi, the cashier

The biggest heart of the smallest supermarket in the world. Maxi knows every product on his shelves and every inhabitant's favourite. His thing: he counts everything, the tins, the apples, the smiles. Nothing makes him happier than a well-filled basket and a customer leaving with a grin.

The ice cream stand

Lila, the ice-cream maker

The town's sweetest tooth and its biggest dreamer. Lila invents a new flavour every season and tastes it herself “out of professional duty”. Her big dream: creating a flavour that tastes exactly like the holidays. With her big bow and her smile, she is the queen of summer afternoons.

Malo, the captain

A true Breton sea dog. Malo has sailed every sea on the globe, or so he says, and his stories are far too good for anyone to go and check. He dropped anchor in Minitopia the day he understood that the best crew in the world was children. His spyglass never leaves his side, just in case adventure happens to sail by.
