Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of the privilege passes offered on the Minitopia website. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms govern the online sale of privilege passes, a launch offer allowing you to pre-buy entry tickets at a reduced price before the park opens.

Article 2 — Price

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. The publisher reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with no effect on orders already confirmed.

Article 3 — Order and customer account

Ordering requires creating a customer account and accepting these terms as well as the privacy policy. The information provided by the customer must be accurate.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online by card through our provider Monext (Payline), in a secure environment. No card data is stored by Minitopia. The order is final once payment is confirmed.

Article 5 — Privilege pass: nature and validity

The privilege pass is a prepaid ticket, with no fixed date, valid for 1 year from the park's opening date. The visit date is chosen later by the customer from their "My passes" area, within the validity period.

Article 6 — Delivery

The pass is delivered electronically: it is sent by email after payment and remains available at any time in the "My passes" customer area.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal on a privilege pass that has not yet been used, by writing to info@minitopia.fr. This right no longer applies once a specific visit date has been booked (leisure service for a given date, article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

Article 8 — Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund is made to the payment method used at purchase, as soon as possible. An expired pass (beyond its validity date) is neither refundable nor extendable, except as a goodwill gesture by the publisher.

Article 9 — Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure. Photographs and descriptions of the services are indicative.

Article 10 — Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Article 11 — Customer service

For any question regarding your order, you can contact customer service at info@minitopia.fr.

Article 12 — Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge: (mediator to be completed). Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
